Switzerland SailGP Team represents Swiss excellence, precision and innovation.
As one of the league’s youngest and most dynamic teams, it also serves as a platform for talent development, partnerships, and international engagement. The team headed into 2025 with a refreshed line-up and new mindset, bringing together a crew of seasoned Olympians, America’s Cup experience and past SailGP winners.
Sebastien Schneiter leads the team behind the wheel and racing alongside are some of SUI’s top sailors; new wing trimmer and flight controller, Arnaud Psarofaghis and Bryan Mettraux, and two-time Olympian, Maud Jayet (strategist). Olympic gold medalist, Matt Gotrel and SailGP Season 4 winner, Stewart Dodson complete the line-up as grinders with reserve athlete Arno de Planta (SUI pathway) supporting.
